The invention relates to a battery deterioration detection method and system and an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: drawing a to-be-detected DCR curve corresponding to a to-be-detected battery by adopting charge and discharge data of the to-be-detected battery in the charge and discharge process; acquiring a pre-drawn reference DCR curve; wherein the reference DCR curve is a DCR curve corresponding to a battery in an undeteriorated state; and judging whether the to-be-detected battery has a deterioration risk or not according to the comparison of the to-be-detected DCR curve and the reference DCR curve. According to the scheme provided by the invention, lithium precipitation or other service life deterioration conditions of the battery can be judged nondestructively according to the charging and discharging data of the battery in normal use of the battery, and the method is simple, easy to implement, low in cost, high in accuracy and high in use value.
