The dock comprises a base, a ship stopping position and a sample conveying module are arranged on the base, the ship stopping position is suitable for stopping the unmanned ship, the sample conveying module is connected with the water quality monitoring station, and the sample conveying module is suitable for being in butt joint with the sample conveying device so as to convey a water sample in the sampling device to the water quality monitoring station. The unmanned ship water quality monitoring system provided by the invention can be used in cooperation with the unmanned ship, the dock and the water quality monitoring station, achieves the effects of full-automatic sampling, sample conveying and monitoring, is high in automation degree, and can save time and simplify the monitoring process compared with manual sampling and conveying to a laboratory for detection.
