The invention relates to the technical field of drilling engineering, in particular to a cantilever type overturning propeller strut device. The device comprises a turnover mechanism assembly, a cantilever mechanism assembly and a front supporting leg assembly, the turnover mechanism assembly comprises a turnover shaft seat and a turnover arm, the lower end of the turnover arm is connected with a lug seat, the lug seat is connected with the turnover shaft seat fixed to the side face of a drill floor through a turnover shaft, the side wall of the turnover arm is provided with a supporting face, and the upper end of a supporting seat is connected to the supporting face. The cantilever support replaces an original structure with fixed beams at the two ends, the design is not affected by the model of a drilling machine and the width of a derrick any more, the application range is wide, meanwhile, the weight of the whole structure is greatly reduced, and the device is few in connecting points, convenient to mount and dismount, simple in structure, small in occupied area and convenient for internal reinforcement of the structure.

    本发明涉及钻井工程技术领域,特别涉及一种悬臂式翻转人字架装置。该装置包括翻转机构总成、悬臂机构总成和前支腿总成,所述翻转机构总成包括翻转轴座和翻转臂,翻转臂下端连接耳座,耳座通过翻转轴与固定在钻台侧面上的翻转轴座连接,翻转臂侧壁设有支撑面,支撑座上端连接在该支撑面上。本发明实现了采用悬臂支架的方式替代原有两端固定梁的结构,此设计不再受钻机型号及井架宽度的影响,适用范围广,同时整体结构大幅减重,此装置连接点少,便于安装拆卸,同时结构简单,占地面积小,便于结构内部加强。
