The invention discloses a tower crane wall attaching structure and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of wall attaching devices. The wall attaching assembly comprises a first wall attaching plate, a second wall attaching plate, a fixing assembly and a connecting rod; a supporting rod; fixing holes are formed in the same set of fixing plates, and connecting holes are formed in the two sides of the supporting rod respectively. The pin column penetrates through the fixing hole and the connecting hole; a mounting groove is formed in the peripheral side of the pin column; the fixed block slides up and down in the mounting groove; guiding blocks are arranged on the side walls of the fixing blocks, and abutting plates are slidably connected to the opposite sides of the fixing blocks in the same set correspondingly; the driving shaft is rotationally connected to the pin column; when the driving shaft rotates forwards, the driving assembly drives the fixing blocks in the same group to be far away from each other, and at the moment, the abutting plates slide out of the mounting grooves till abutting against the fixing plates and the supporting rods; when the driving shaft rotates reversely, the driving assembly drives the fixing blocks in the same group to get close to each other, and at the moment, the abutting plate slides into the mounting groove. The stability degree of the tower crane can be improved.
