The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and particularly discloses a steel structure hoisting device and method.The steel structure hoisting device comprises a hoisting supporting mechanism and two suspension mechanisms, the hoisting supporting mechanism comprises a hoisting piece and two main hoisting ropes, the number of the suspension mechanisms is two, and each suspension mechanism comprises two suspension assemblies; the device comprises two suspension assemblies and a clamping structure arranged between the two suspension assemblies, each suspension assembly comprises a clamping piece, a supporting piece, a lifting adjusting piece and an overturning structure, each clamping piece comprises a clamping plate, each supporting piece comprises a mounting plate and a supporting plate, and each lifting adjusting piece is used for enabling the corresponding clamping plate to move up and down relative to the corresponding mounting plate; the overturning structure is used for switching the supporting plate between a vertical state and a horizontal state; by arranging the suspension mechanism, the clamping plate can clamp the upper end part of the I-shaped steel, and the supporting plate can lift the bottom of the I-shaped steel, so that the I-shaped steel is more stable in the hoisting process, and the safety is higher.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,具体公开了一种钢结构的吊装装置及吊装方法,包括吊装支撑机构和悬挂机构,吊装支撑机构包括起吊件和两根主吊绳,悬挂机构设置为两组,每组悬挂机构均包括两个悬挂组件,以及设于两个悬挂组件之间的夹紧结构,每个悬挂组件均包括夹持件、支撑件、升降调节件和翻转结构,夹持件包括夹持板,支撑件包括安装板和支撑板,升降调节件用于使夹持板相对安装板进行上下移动,翻转结构用于使支撑板在竖直状态和水平状态之间进行切换;本发明通过设有悬挂机构,使得夹持板能够对工型钢的上端部位进行夹持,支撑板能够对工型钢的底部进行托举,从而使得工型钢在吊装过程中更加稳定,安全性更高。
