The top ends of the four stand columns are jointly connected with a top plate, an air cylinder is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the top plate, a connecting column is arranged at the bottom end of the air cylinder, a mounting plate is arranged at the bottom of the connecting column, and an alignment groove for mounting the connecting column is formed in the surface of the top end of the mounting plate. By designing the equipment, after the undercarriage of the aircraft is detached from the aircraft to be overhauled, the strength of the undercarriage is detected in advance, the value of gravity needing to be borne by the undercarriage is simulated in real time, compared with an existing mode that the undercarriage is directly installed on the aircraft to be detected and debugged, the equipment is more rapid, the overhauling efficiency is effectively improved, the overall structure is compact, and the cost is low. The operation is simple.

    本发明公开了一种飞机液压系统用性能测试设备,包括底座,所述底座顶端设置有传感器承重板,所述传感器承重板顶端中部放置有起落架主体,所述传感器承重板顶端两侧固定连接有侧板,且所述传感器承重板顶端四角均设置有立柱,四个所述立柱顶端共同连接有顶板,所述顶板底端中部设置有气缸,所述气缸底端设置有连接柱,所述连接柱底部设置有安装板,所述安装板顶端表面开设有供连接柱安装的对位槽;通过设计了本设备,使得飞机起落架从飞机上拆卸下来检修完毕后,提前对起落架进行强度检测,实时模拟其需要承载的重力值,相比于现有的直接安装与飞机上进行检测调试的方式,更佳快捷,有效的提高了检修时效率,整体结构紧凑,操作简单。
