The invention discloses an offshore typhoon disaster reduction device. The system comprises a wind sensing module, an energy consumption module and a bottom control module. By arranging the wind sensing module and the bottom control module, the wind area of the device can be adjusted according to the typhoon condition, and the typhoon wind power consumption capacity and safety of the device are improved; the energy consumption device is arranged, three unit pieces are combined on the basis, typhoon wind power is effectively acted on rising motion of water flow through the water absorption unit, wave energy in typhoon is rapidly consumed, meanwhile, gravity adjustment of the device is conducted through the buoyancy unit and the balance weight unit, and on the premise that the device has a large mass, the energy consumption of the device is greatly improved. And the device also has a large amount of potential buoyancy, and cannot sink into the seabed or rise into the sky due to the typhoon, so that the energy of the typhoon can be continuously consumed, the destructive power of the typhoon during follow-up landing is reduced, and a great disaster reduction effect is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种海上台风减灾装置。本发明包括感风模块、耗能模块和底控模块。本发明通过设置感风模块和底控模块,能够根据台风情况调整装置的受风面积,提高了装置的台风风力消耗能力和安全性;通过设置耗能装置,以三种单元件为基础进行组合,以吸水单元有效地将台风风力作用于水流的上升运动,并快速消耗了台风中的波浪能量,同时以浮力单元和配重单元进行装置的重力调整,实现了装置在具有大量质量的前提下,也具有大量潜在的浮力,不会因台风而沉入海底或升入天空,从而能够持续的消耗台风的能量,降低台风在后续登陆时的破坏力,起到较大的减灾作用。
