The dish-shaped platform comprises an upper platform, a hollow floating body cabin and a ballast water side cabin, the hollow floating body cabin is connected with the fan through the upper platform, the ballast water side cabin is arranged on the outer side of the middle floating body cabin in the circumferential direction, the ballast water side cabin is in a dish shape bent towards the seabed direction, and ballast water is stored in the ballast water side cabin and is communicated and exchanged with the outside; an outer stabilization mechanism is arranged on the ballast water side tank, a plurality of rotational inertia dampers are arranged below the joint of the hollow floating body bin and the ballast water side tank, and the rotational inertia dampers are connected with the seabed through a mooring mechanism. The six-degree-of-freedom motion of the platform can be reduced, the wave-resisting performance is improved, the anti-rolling effect is achieved, heaving and surging are effectively reduced, the power generation efficiency of a draught fan is not affected, and the anchor chains are not prone to fatigue fracture; a lower-pressure water-carrying side cabin is arranged on the periphery of the dish shape, the gravity center of the platform can be effectively lowered, waves are blocked, the mooring fixing device is protected, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种碟形海上浮式风机平台,包括风机,风机与碟形平台相连;碟形平台包括上平台、中空浮体仓、压载水边舱,中空浮体仓通过上平台与风机相连,中间浮体仓的周向外侧设置压载水边舱,压载水边舱的形状为向海底方向弯曲的碟形,压载水边舱内存贮压载水并与外界连通交换;压载水边舱上设置外减摇机构,中空浮体仓、压载水边舱的连接处下方设置若干转动惯量阻尼器,转动惯量阻尼器通过系泊机构与海底相连。本发明够减少平台六自由度运动,提高耐波性能,达到减摇效果,有效减少垂荡纵荡,不会影响风机发电效率,锚链不容易疲劳断裂;在碟形外围设有位置更低压载水边舱,可以有效降低平台的重心,挡住波浪,保护系泊固定装置,提高使用寿命。
