The invention provides a ship cabin and a design method thereof, the ship cabin comprises a ship body structure, a top plate, a bulkhead plate, a cabin door and an elastic hanger, the bulkhead plate is formed by splicing a plurality of enclosure bulkheads, and the bulkhead plate can adapt to errors of cabins of different sizes by adjusting the depth of the enclosure bulkheads inserted into a first corner plate/a second corner plate; the multiple ceilings are spliced through the hanging beam grooves to form the top plate, the top plate is connected with the cabin wall plates through the top grooves, sealed connection of the cabin is achieved, and air leakage in the cabin is avoided; the top plate and the bulkhead plate are fixedly connected with a ship body structure through the elastic hanging pieces, and when a propeller and the like generate vibration, the elastic hanging pieces can play a buffering role to slow down vibration of a ship cabin, and the noise problem caused by vibration can also be avoided; according to the design method of the ship cabin, pre-trepanning is conducted on the ceiling and the enclosure bulkhead plate where cabin equipment needs to be arranged in a modeling mode, then the machined enclosure bulkhead plate and the ceiling are provided for the site to be directly installed, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种船舶舱室及其设计方法,船舶舱室包括船体结构、顶板、舱壁板、舱室门和弹性吊挂件,舱壁板由多个围壁板拼接形成,通过调整围壁板插接在第一转角板/第二转角板中的深度,能够适应不同大小舱室的误差;多个天花板通过吊梁槽拼接形成顶板,顶板与舱壁板通过顶槽连接,实现了舱室的密封连接,避免了舱室内部的空气泄露;顶板和舱壁板通过弹性吊挂件与船体结构固定连接,当螺旋桨等产生振动时,弹性吊挂件能起到缓冲作用,减缓船舶舱室的震动,也能够避免震动带来的噪声问题;船舶舱室的设计方法利用建模的方式,对需要布置舱室设备的天花板、围壁板进行预开孔,再将加工后的围壁板、天花板提供给现场直接进行安装,提高了生产效率。
