The invention discloses a four-wheel independent steering and active leveling chassis suitable for hills and mountains. The four-wheel independent steering and active leveling chassis comprises a chassis frame, a walking mechanism, a steering mechanism and a leveling mechanism. A plurality of groups of walking mechanisms, steering mechanisms and leveling mechanisms are arranged; the steering mechanism is arranged above the walking mechanism, and the leveling mechanism is arranged above the steering mechanism; the steering mechanism comprises a steering driving mechanism, the fixed end of the rotation driving mechanism is connected with the steering mechanism, and the driving end of the rotation driving mechanism is connected with the walking mechanism; the leveling mechanism comprises a fixing frame, a telescopic frame, a telescopic driving mechanism and a tilt angle sensor used for detecting the tilt angle. The telescopic frame is connected to the upper end of the fixed frame through a vertical sliding structure; and the chassis frame is fixedly connected with the telescopic frame. According to the invention, not only can automatic leveling be realized, but also independent steering can be carried out, the operation is relatively flexible, the operation environment of large-gradient and high-fluctuation hills and mountains is favorably coped, and the operation safety can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开一种适用于丘陵山地的四轮独立转向及主动调平底盘,包括底盘架、行走机构、转向机构以及调平机构;所述行走机构、转向机构和调平机构均设有多组;所述转向机构设置在行走机构的上方,所述调平机构设置在转向机构的上方;所述转向机构包括转向驱动机构,该转动驱动机构的固定端与转向机构连接,该转动驱动机构的驱动端与行走机构连接;所述调平机构包括固定架、伸缩架、伸缩驱动机构以及用于检测倾斜角度的倾角传感器;所述伸缩架通过竖向滑动结构连接在固定架的上端;所述底盘架与所述伸缩架固定连接。本发明不仅可以自动调平,还可以进行独立的转向,比较灵活,有利于应对大坡度、高起伏的丘陵山地作业环境,可有效提高作业安全性。
