The invention discloses an intelligent detection device and method for the safety state of an automobile tire, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the grade data of the tire, and carrying out the data analysis of the grade of the tire; establishing a tire safety index model, defining each influence factor as a model parameter, and endowing different weights; obtaining parameter data in real time, and preprocessing the data; and combining the preprocessed data with weight distribution, and calculating a tire safety comprehensive score. According to the tire safety comprehensive score obtained through calculation, a safety level threshold value is set on the curve graph, the running conditions of the tire under different safety levels can be rapidly known by judging the proportion of the curve coverage area in each safety level interval, and a driver can take actions in time conveniently through the proportion conditions, so that the safety of the tire is improved. Tire conditions are checked or slow down to prevent potential safety risks.

    本发明公开了一种汽车轮胎安全状态智能检测装置及其检测方法,包括:获取轮胎等级数据,对所述轮胎等级进行数据分析;建立轮胎安全指数模型,将各影响因素定义为模型参数,赋予不同权重;实时获取各参数数据,并对数据进行预处理;将预处理的数据结合权重分配,计算出轮胎安全综合得分。根据计算得出的轮胎安全综合得分,在曲线图上设立安全等级阈值,通过判断每个安全等级区间内曲线覆盖面积的占比计算,可以快速了解轮胎在不同安全等级下的运行情况,通过占比情况,便于驾驶者及时采取行动,检查轮胎状况或减速慢行,以预防潜在的安全风险。
