The invention discloses a torque control method and system in the starting process of an extended-range hybrid power system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle starting control. The method comprises the following steps that the friction torque of an engine is obtained based on engine water temperature and altitude data; on the basis of the friction torque of the engine, the pumping resistance torque and the inertia torque are combined, the generator output torque is obtained, and the engine is dragged to operate through the generator output torque; the rotating speed of the engine is collected, and when the rotating speed of the engine is dragged to the first rotating speed by the generator, the engine is controlled by the engine controller to ignite; adjusting the output torque of the generator in real time to drag the engine to reach a second rotating speed; and when the rotating speed of the engine reaches the second rotating speed, the generator is switched from the driving mode to the power generation mode. Torque output of the generator and the engine can be coordinated according to changes of the rotating speed of the engine, stable work of the engine is achieved, and the satisfaction degree of users is improved.

    本发明公开了一种增程式混合动力系统启动过程扭矩控制方法、系统及车辆,属于汽车启动控制技术领域,方法包括以下步骤:基于发动机水温和海拔高度数据获取发动机的摩擦力矩;基于发动机的摩擦力矩,并结合泵气阻力矩以及惯性力矩,获得发电机输出扭矩,通过发电机输出扭矩拖动发动机进行运转;采集发动机的转速,当发动机的转速被发电机拖动到第一转速时,通过发动机控制器控制发动机进行点火;实时调节发电机输出扭矩,以拖动发动机使其转速达到第二转速;在发动机的转速达到第二转速时,使发电机从驱动模式切换为发电模式。本发明能够根据发动机转速的变化协调发电机和发动机的扭矩输出,实现发动机的平稳工作,提升了用户的满意度。
