The invention relates to an electronic mechanical braking system contact point identification system and a method thereof, the system comprises an initial contact point detection device, a sine position closed-loop control module and a mean value calculation module, and the method comprises the following steps: detecting an initial contact point, that is, the position of a motor rotor when a brake pad is in contact with a brake disc; taking the initial contact point as a bias of a sine position instruction, setting a sine position signal frequency, and performing sine position closed-loop control through a motor control module; and acquiring data of a plurality of contact points in a sine position closed-loop control process, and calculating a Gaussian distribution mean value of the data of the plurality of contact points to obtain a contact point identification result. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that contact point identification errors can be reduced, advanced and lagged contact point identification phenomena are avoided, and more accurate initial conditions are provided for clamping force estimation.

    本发明涉及一种电子机械制动系统接触点识别系统及其方法,该系统包括初始接触点检测装置、正弦位置闭环控制模块以及均值计算模块,该方法包括:检测初始接触点,即制动片与制动盘接触时的电机转子位置;将初始接触点作为正弦位置指令的偏置,设置正弦位置信号频率,通过电机控制模块进行正弦位置闭环控制;在正弦位置闭环控制过程中获取多个接触点数据,计算多个接触点数据的高斯分布均值,即得到接触点识别结果。与现有技术相比,本发明能够降低接触点识别的误差,避免接触点识别的超前和滞后现象,为夹紧力估计提供更为准确的初始条件。
