The invention discloses an automobile brake fault-tolerant predictive control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: defining effective state vectors of an oil inlet valve group and an oil outlet valve group and an effective flow vector of a brake cylinder group in a normal mode according to a judgment result that a vehicle does not trigger brake fault-tolerant control; predicting the future state of the vehicle speed based on a constructed first dynamic equation from the effective flow vector of the brake wheel cylinder group to the vehicle speed in the normal mode to obtain a first state prediction result; obtaining a first optimal flow vector of the brake wheel cylinder group and a first optimal state vector of the corresponding oil inlet valve group and the oil outlet valve group according to the constructed cost function; and the electronic hydraulic braking system is utilized to respond to the first optimal state vectors of the oil inlet valve set and the oil outlet valve set so as to conduct braking fault-tolerant control on the vehicle. According to the method, the dynamic performance of automobile brake fault-tolerant control can be improved, the optimal on-off state of the electromagnetic switch valve in the automobile brake fault-tolerant process is guaranteed, and the robustness of the automobile brake fault-tolerant control is enhanced.
