The support, the driving shaft, the wheel assembly, the drive-by-wire brake and the drive-by-wire steering gear are integrated into a whole, the driving shaft is connected with the wheel assembly and the driving assembly and carries out drive control on the wheel assembly, the drive-by-wire brake carries out brake control on the wheel assembly, and the drive-by-wire steering gear carries out steering control on the wheel assembly.
