The centrifugal bubble generator comprises a barrel, the pipeline assembly is partially arranged in the barrel and used for conveying a gas-liquid mixture into the barrel and dividing the gas-liquid mixture into a main flow and a plurality of thin branch flows, and the first movement assembly is arranged in the barrel and used for rotationally and centrifugally dispersing the main flow to the inner side wall of the barrel; and the second movement assembly is arranged around the position, close to the side wall of the barrel body, in the barrel body and used for cutting and crushing the main flow and the fine flow dispersed to the inner side wall of the barrel body. A multi-stage crushing structure is arranged in the device, a high-pressure gas-liquid mixture is subjected to multi-stage multiple dispersion crushing, a large number of micro-nano bubbles can be rapidly and continuously formed, and the propelling efficiency is improved. According to the working method of the marine centrifugal bubble generator, multiple crushing and cutting can be carried out on a gas-liquid mixture, a large number of micro-nano bubbles with smaller diameters can be continuously generated, meanwhile, the coalescence and clustering phenomenon among the micro-nano bubbles is avoided, and the final propulsive efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种船用离心气泡发生器,包括筒体;管道组件,部分设于筒体内部,用于将气液混合体输送进筒体内并分化为主流和多条细状分流,第一运动组件,设于筒体内部,用于将主流旋转离心分散至筒体内侧壁;第二运动组件,环绕设于筒体内部靠近筒体侧壁处,用于将分散至筒体内侧壁的主流和细状分流切割破碎。本发明在装置内部设置有多级破碎结构,对高压气液混合体进行多级多重分散破碎,可以快速且持续形成大量的微纳米气泡,提高了推进效率。一种船用离心气泡发生器的工作方法,可以对气液混合体进行多重破碎切割,可以持续产生大量直径更小的微纳米气泡,同时也避免了微纳米气泡之间的聚并成团现象,提供了最终的推进效率。
