The invention discloses a ground traction wire feeding device and a control method. The ground traction wire feeding device comprises a wire hanging frame, a trolley, a rope outlet mechanism, a deviated pull rope winding mechanism and a deviated pull rope. The wire hanging frame is installed on a power transmission wire. The rope outlet mechanism and the deviated pull rope winding mechanism are both installed in a box body of the trolley. One end of a hoisting rope hung on the rope hanging frame penetrates through a rope outlet panel on the box body and is wound on a hoisting mechanism of the rope outlet mechanism, and the other end of the hoisting rope is connected with a hoisted device; and the deviated pull rope penetrates through the rope outlet panel and is connected with the deviated pull rope winding mechanism and the lifted equipment. The technical problem that the working efficiency is affected due to the fact that traction cannot be performed on a multi-loop line due to the fact that an existing self-traction wire feeding device cannot achieve cable crossing is solved. The device is separated from the lifted equipment, large-load equipment can be lifted on line, the load capacity of the device is larger, the stability is higher, the range of the lifted equipment is wider, and the application scene of the lifted equipment is wider.

    本发明公开了一种地面牵引上线装置和控制方法,本发明包括挂线架、手推车、出绳机构、偏拉绳收卷机构和偏拉绳;挂线架安装于输电导线;出绳机构和偏拉绳收卷机构均安装于手推车的箱体内部;悬挂在挂线架上的卷扬绳的一端穿过箱体上的出绳面板并缠绕在出绳机构的卷扬机构上,另一端与被提升设备连接;偏拉绳穿过出绳面板分别与偏拉绳收卷机构和被提升设备连接。解决了现有自牵引上线的设备无法实现线缆跨越,导致无法在多回路线路进行牵引,影响工作效率的技术问题。本发明的装置与被提升设备是分离的形式,可实现大负载设备提升上线,本装置的负载能力更大、稳定性更高,被提升设备的范围和应用的场景更广。
