Negative electrodes of the battery packs are provided with negative plates and are welded on the negative electrodes of the battery packs, a plurality of heat dissipation pipelines are uniformly distributed in gaps among the battery packs and are attached to the side walls of the battery packs, a cooling liquid container is arranged on one side of the battery main body, and a liquid pump is arranged on the cooling liquid container and is fixedly connected to the cooling liquid container; the cooling liquid container is communicated with a C-shaped pipeline, the two ends of the C-shaped pipeline are communicated with the two ends of the heat dissipation pipeline, cooling liquid in the cooling liquid container is driven by the liquid pump to flow into the heat dissipation pipeline along with the C-shaped pipeline, and the annular pipeline is attached to the side wall of the battery pack to take away heat on the side wall of the battery pack.
