By the adoption of the route planning device and method, route segmentation is carried out according to the passing port and the meteorological zone, the route segmentation is made to be consistent with the meteorological zone, the planned navigational speed is stable, the oil consumption of entering and leaving the port combined with the hydrological data of the port is considered, meanwhile, the optimization weight is determined by considering the cargo type, and the planning accuracy is improved. Goods with high time requirements can reach a target port on time, oil consumption is preferentially considered for goods with low time requirements, and energy conservation of navigation is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种航线规划装置以及规划方法,属于船舶导航技术领域,一种航线规划装置包括依次连接的数据获取单元、分段单元、规划单元以及报警单元,同时公开了一种基于上述航线规划装置的规划方法。采用上述一种航线规划装置以及规划方法,根据途径港口和气象分区进行航线分段,使得航线分段与气象分区一致,规划出的航速比较稳定,且考虑了结合了港口的水文数据的进出港的油耗,同时考虑货物类型确定优化权重,保证时间要求高的货物可以准时到达目标港口,对于对时间要求不高的货物优先考虑油耗,保证航行的节能性。
