The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle accessories, in particular to an air spring shock absorber assembly and a vehicle. The air spring shock absorber assembly comprises a shock absorber liquid storage barrel; the spring tray sleeves and is connected to the shock absorber liquid storage device, and the spring tray is of a frustum-shaped structure; the elastic washer is sleeved and propped against the spring tray; the air spring piston is arranged on the shock absorber liquid storage barrel in a sleeving mode, the inner wall face of the air spring piston comprises a first conical face, and the first conical face abuts against the annular sealing ring of the elastic washer, is arranged on the shock absorber liquid storage barrel in a sleeving mode and is clamped between the air spring piston and the shock absorber liquid storage barrel. When the lower end of the shock absorber is connected with torsional moment brought by a stabilizer bar, the spring tray is matched with the elastic washer, and under the action of internal pressure of the air spring, friction moment generated by a load on a piston of the air spring acting on the elastic washer is larger than torque friction force generated by purely adopting an annular sealing ring in the prior art; abnormal sound caused by sliding of the air spring and the shock absorber can be reduced or even eliminated.

    本公开涉及车辆配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气弹簧减振器总成和车辆。空气弹簧减振器总成包括:减振器储液筒;弹簧托盘,套设且连接于减振器储液,弹簧托盘为锥台型结构;弹性垫圈,套设且抵压于弹簧托盘上;空气弹簧活塞,套设于减振器储液筒上,空气弹簧活塞的内壁面包括第一锥形面,第一锥形面抵压于弹性垫圈环形密封圈,套设于减振器储液筒上,且夹设于空气弹簧活塞和减振器储液筒之间。当减振器下端连接稳定杆带来的扭转力矩时,弹簧托盘配合弹性垫圈在空气弹簧内压的作用下,空气弹簧活塞上的载荷作用于弹性垫圈产生的摩擦力矩比现有技术中单纯的采用环形密封圈的扭矩摩擦力大,能够减小甚至消除空气弹簧与减振器产生滑动而导致的异响。
