    本发明公开了一种用于汽车喇叭网罩的制备方法,所述制备方法包括对不锈钢板材片进行清洗、去污工序、将不锈钢板材片放入蚀刻机里面去、经过蚀刻后的不锈钢板材送入去膜机内进行去膜处理,得到第一阶段半成品喇叭网罩、第一阶段半成品喇叭网罩表面进行电解抛光,得到第二阶段半成品喇叭网罩、将第二阶段半成品喇叭网罩与喇叭、海绵、LED灯、标准件、注塑件装配为一个汽车喇叭网罩。本发明所提供的喇叭网罩制备工艺简单,利用蚀刻机生产喇叭网罩,可以确保喇叭网罩的孔径,无需冲压,避免毛刺产生的情况,无需设计制作模具。
