The invention relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, in particular to a container ship torsion box area construction method which comprises the following steps: a preassembly stage: preassembling a plurality of adjacent steel outfitting pieces into a steel outfitting unit, and preassembling a plurality of adjacent pipe outfitting pieces into a pipe outfitting unit; and an assembly subsection stage: assembling the plurality of sheet bodies, the plurality of iron outfitting units and the plurality of pipe outfitting units to form subsections. And an assembling stage: welding and assembling at least two adjacent sections in the horizontal direction to form a block, and then welding and assembling a plurality of vertically butted blocks to form an anti-torsion box area. According to the construction method, the construction period can be shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. According to the technical scheme, the at least two adjacent sections in the horizontal direction are welded and assembled to form the block, construction can be conducted on the plane, then the block is integrally hoisted to the high position, the step of welding and assembling the adjacent sections in the horizontal direction at the high position is avoided, high-altitude operation can be reduced, and the safety risk of construction is reduced.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种集装箱船抗扭箱区域的施工方法,包括以下步骤:预装配阶段:将多个相邻的铁舾件预装配为铁舾单元,将多个相邻的管舾件预装配为管舾单元。装配分段阶段:将多个片体、多个铁舾单元以及多个管舾单元组装形成分段。组装阶段:将在水平方向上相邻的至少两个分段进行焊接组装,形成总段,再将多个竖向对接的总段进行焊接组装,形成抗扭箱区域。本案的施工方法可以缩短建造周期,提高施工效率。通过先将在水平方向上相邻的至少两个分段进行焊接组装,形成总段,即可在平面上进行施工,再将总段整体吊装到高处,避免了在高处对水平方向相邻分段之间的焊接组装的步骤,即可减少高空作业,降低施工的安全风险。
