The clutch mechanism comprises a driven shaft, a driven gear rotating piece, an electromagnet, a clutch piece and a reset piece. According to the clutch mechanism and the electronic transmission provided by the embodiment of the invention, at least two driven gear rotating parts are mounted on the driven shaft, the electromagnets, the clutch parts and the reset parts corresponding to the driven gear rotating parts are further arranged, and the clutch parts are magnetizers, so that the corresponding clutch parts are attracted when the electromagnets are powered on, and the reset parts can reset the clutch parts after the electromagnets are powered off; the clutch piece is in butt joint with the corresponding driven gear rotating piece to conduct transmission or is separated from the corresponding driven gear rotating piece to break away from transmission. Due to the fact that rotation of different driven gear rotating pieces corresponds to different gears of the transmission, the clutch mechanism and the electronic transmission provided by the embodiment of the invention can achieve flexible switching of the gears through the arrangement.
