The invention discloses a mode switching method of a hybrid vehicle and a vehicle control unit, and can be applied to the technical field of hybrid vehicles. According to the method, a gear request, an operation mode request and a double-clutch opening and closing request are sent to a gearbox controller through a vehicle control unit, and the rotating speed of an engine is set in a following mode. The speed of the engine is adjusted through the operation, and preparation is made for switching of the operation mode of the vehicle from the series connection mode to the direct drive mode. And then under the appropriate condition (namely, the first switching condition of the clutch state is met), the first clutch is requested to be controlled to be closed, torque control is conducted on the P2.5 motor and the engine, and the torque of the engine can be smoothly output along with closing of the first clutch. In this way, through torque control, the problem of power loss caused by switching operation can be solved. In this way, the requirement for the power performance is met, and the smooth switching experience of a user is guaranteed.

    本申请公开了一种混动车辆的模式切换方法及整车控制器,可以应用于混动车辆技术领域。本申请中通过整车控制器向变速箱控制器分别发送档位请求、操作模式请求和双离合器的开闭请求,并使发动机转速跟随设定。通过上述操作对发动机调速,为车辆的操作模式从串联模式到直驱模式的切换做好准备。随后在适宜的条件下(即离合器状态第一切换条件满足),请求控制第一离合器闭合,并对P2.5电机和发动机分别进行扭矩控制,使得发动机的扭矩能够随第一离合器的闭合顺利输出。这样,通过扭矩的控制,可以克服因切换操作导致的动力丢失的问题。如此,满足了对动力性能的需求,保障了用户平滑的切换体验。
