The invention discloses a vehicle battery management system and method, a vehicle and a medium, the vehicle battery management system comprises a vehicle control unit, a battery management system, an auxiliary converter and a power battery, the power battery comprises a plurality of single batteries arranged in series and a tap arranged on one of the single batteries, the taps are used for forming a low-voltage battery module by the series-connected battery units, the low-voltage battery module is used for supplying power to a low-voltage load, the input end of the auxiliary converter is connected with two ends of the power battery, and the output end of the auxiliary converter is connected with two ends of the low-voltage battery module; the battery management system is used for detecting the electric quantity of the low-voltage battery module in the whole vehicle battery power-on process; the charging module is used for sending a charging request to the vehicle control unit when it is confirmed that the electric quantity of the low-voltage battery module is lower than a threshold value; the vehicle control unit is used for sending a charging instruction to the auxiliary converter based on the battery charging request; and the auxiliary converter is used for charging the low-voltage battery module through the power battery based on the charging instruction.
