The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging guiding method and system based on a power distribution-traffic system, and the method comprises the steps: constructing an electric vehicle charging system guiding model based on an urban power distribution network through a charging demand distribution constraint, a charging station service constraint and a power distribution network constraint, and enabling the target function of the electric vehicle charging system guiding model to be minimum in system operation cost; and carrying out simulation calculation on the constructed electric vehicle charging system guiding model based on the urban power distribution network, and outputting an optimized charging load space-time distribution scheme. According to the design, the lowest operation cost of the charging system can be obtained through the cost of each sub-item of the system, the comprehensive cost of the electric vehicle charging system is effectively reduced, resource waste caused by capacity margin configuration can be reduced, and the utilization rate of charging facilities is effectively improved.

    一种基于配电‑交通系统的电动汽车充电引导方法及系统,通过充电需求分配约束、充电站服务约束及配电网约束构建基于城市配电网的电动汽车充电系统引导模型,该电动汽车充电系统引导模型的目标函数为系统运行成本最小,再对构建的基于城市配电网的电动汽车充电系统引导模型进行仿真计算,输出优化后的充电负荷的时空分布方案。本设计不仅可以通过系统各分项成本得到充电系统的最低运行成本,有效降低电动汽车充电系统的综合成本,而且可以减少由于容量裕度配置而导致的资源浪费,有效提高充电设施的利用率。
