The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and provides a tire monitoring method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring tire state data acquired by a sensor module; wherein the sensor module is arranged on each tire of the vehicle, and the tire state data comprises at least one of temperature data, air pressure data and deformation data; according to the tire state data of each tire, whether any tire breaks down or not is detected, and the faults comprise at least one of a temperature abnormal fault, an air pressure abnormal fault and an abrasion fault; when it is detected that any tire breaks down, a driving strategy and/or fault prompt information corresponding to the fault are/is determined; and sending the driving strategy corresponding to the fault and/or the fault prompt information to a client corresponding to the vehicle or a vehicle-mounted display screen of the vehicle for display. The embodiment of the invention solves the problem of low safety of a tire monitoring method in the prior art.
