The energy input and output condition of the whole system is judged by predicting the predicted photovoltaic power generation power and the predicted load power in the future time period, so that the target working mode of the photovoltaic energy storage equipment is determined, sufficient charging energy supply is ensured, the energy utilization efficiency is improved, and the dependence on a mains supply power grid is reduced; through the use of the energy storage system, energy is obtained from the commercial power grid to supplement the energy demand of the charging equipment when the illumination is weak or at night, and the dependence on the commercial power grid is reduced.
