The invention provides a marine hydrogen fuel cell drainage and exhaust system and a control method thereof.The marine hydrogen fuel cell drainage and exhaust system comprises an air duct assembly, the air duct assembly comprises a first air duct, the first end of the first air duct is communicated with a discharge outlet of a fuel cell stack, the fuel cell stack is located in a cabin of a steamship, and the second end of the first air duct extends towards the upper portion of the cabin to form a second air duct; an air outlet of the second air duct is higher than the cabin; one end of the water drainage pipe is communicated with the first air duct, the other end of the water drainage pipe is communicated with a water collection tank, and the water drainage pipe is located below the first air duct. The technical problems that in the prior art, a marine hydrogen fuel cell is prone to water logging and short in service life are solved.
