本发明涉及航空管理技术领域,尤其是提供一种基于综合航空运输系协同的航班调时调减方法,包括如下步骤:获取目标机场航班运行数据及机场放行容量数据并基于机场放行容量数据针对生成若干个航班计划放行时刻;获取空管分配的空管计算放行时刻,并将距离空管计算放行时刻最近的航班计划放行时刻替换为空管计算放行时刻作为目标放行时刻;构建以航班调时调减成本最小为目标的决策优化模型;基于决策优化模型,输入航班运行数据和放行容量数据,基于预设约束条件求解输出目标机场航班调时调减决策结果。其目的在于,用以实现空管、机场、航空公司基于运行效率最大化的协同调整,完善航班调时调减的决策机制和方法。

The objective of the invention is to realize cooperative adjustment of air traffic control, airports and airlines based on operation efficiency maximization, and improve a decision-making mechanism and method of flight time adjustment and reduction.
