The invention discloses a ship track mining system and method based on an AIS (Automatic Identification System) and a radar transponder, the system is composed of an AIS module, a radar transponder module and a track mining module, and the core of the system is to analyze and mine a ship track based on AIS (Automatic Identification System) and radar transponder data; according to the method, AIS data and radar transponder data are effectively fused, advantage complementation is achieved on the data source level, the integrity and accuracy of ship track information are improved, the system integrates advanced machine learning and data mining algorithms, track modes can be automatically recognized and classified, abnormal tracks can be detected, and the accuracy of ship track information is improved. According to the method, the ship track data are analyzed in real time, behavior prediction is carried out based on historical data, a traditional track processing system does not have an intelligent function, potential navigation risks can be found in time and early warning can be given out by analyzing the ship track data in real time, and the safety and response speed of maritime traffic management are effectively improved.
