The detection method comprises the following steps that when it is judged that the battery health degree of a current vehicle is smaller than a capacity health degree early warning threshold value, a capacity abnormity index 1 of the current vehicle is calculated; calculating a capacity abnormity index 2 of the current vehicle according to the temperature rise rate index and the internal resistance value index; when it is judged that at least one serial number between a first serial number group in the charging working condition data and a second serial number group in the discharging working condition data is the same, a capacity abnormity index 3 of the current vehicle is calculated according to the charging frequency and the discharging frequency of the single batteries with the same serial number; calculating a capacity anomaly degree index and a capacity anomaly rate index; when it is judged that the capacity abnormity degree index is larger than a first preset threshold value or the capacity abnormity rate index is larger than a second preset threshold value, early warning information is sent out; the early warning accuracy is improved, and the applicability is high.

    本发明公开一种动力电池容量异常检测方法、装置及平台,涉及新能源汽车动力电池技术领域。该检测方法包括以下步骤:判断当前车辆的电池健康度小于容量健康度预警阈值时,计算当前车辆的容量异常指标1;根据温升速率指标和内阻值指标,计算当前车辆的容量异常指标2;判断充电工况数据中的第一编号组和放电工况数据中的第二编号组之间存在至少一个编号相同时,根据相同编号的单体电池的充电频率和放电频率,计算当前车辆的容量异常指标3;计算容量异常程度指标和容量异常速率指标;判断容量异常程度指标大于第一预设阈值,或者容量异常速率指标大于第二预设阈值时,发出预警信息;提高预警准确性,并且适用性强。
