    本申请实施例提供超声传感器、传感器模组、电子设备及车辆,属于电子信息技术领域,超声传感器通过包括芯片和压电谐振单元,压电谐振单元的压电层组产生超声波,超声波在芯片、压电谐振单元的各层间传播发生谐振叠加,而芯片的芯片衬底和封装件材料不同产生的叠加效果不同,谐振叠加后形成至少两种不同频率的超声波信号,进而使芯片能够获得至少两种生物特征信息,丰富超声传感器的功能,满足多种应用场景的需求。并且通过调整设计压电谐振单元中各层的厚度、芯片衬底的厚度及封装件的厚度可以实现对超声波信号的频率值的设计,实现了超声波信号频率的可设计,可对应实现不同的检测功能,匹配不同应用场景的需求,丰富超声传感器的可应用场景。
