The invention relates to the field of crane control, and particularly provides a crane linkage control method and system.The method comprises the steps that test signals are sent to multiple cranes in a preset time period; judging whether the test signal is returned within a preset time or not; if the test signal is returned within the preset time, acquiring control signals of the plurality of cranes; judging the plurality of control signals to generate a judgment result; and sending an emergency stop signal to the plurality of cranes according to a judgment result, and controlling the plurality of cranes to stop working. Control signals of a plurality of cranes are all transmitted to the ground central control module in a wireless mode, then logic calculation and comprehensive control are carried out through the ground central control module, the control signals of the cranes are integrated together and then communicate with all the cranes, and the operation states of other cranes are shared. The signal states of a plurality of cranes participating in control can be mutually utilized, resources are shared, and the purpose of safe operation is achieved.

    本申请涉及起重机控制领域,具体提供了一种起重机联动控制方法及系统,所述方法包括:预设时间周期内向多台起重机发送测试信号;判断测试信号是否在预设时间内返回;若测试信号在预设时间内返回,则获取多台起重机的控制信号;对多个控制信号进行判断,生成判断结果;根据判断结果向多台起重机发送急停信号,并控制多台起重机停止工作。通过将多台起重机的控制信号通过无线的形式,全部传输到地面中控模块,然后通过地面中控模块进行逻辑计算、综合控制,把多台起重机的控制信号整合到一起再与各台起重机进行通讯,分享其它起重机的运行状态,保障参与控制的多台起重机的信号状态都能相互利用,资源共享,起到安全运行的目的。
