The invention provides automatic hoisting equipment and method for heavy unbalance-loading workpieces, the automatic hoisting equipment comprises a hoisting device, a leveling device and a control system, the hoisting device and the leveling device are electrically connected with the control system, the hoisting device comprises a truss manipulator, a holding claw and a visual system, the holding claw is connected to the truss manipulator, and the visual system is connected to the leveling device. The truss manipulator can drive the holding claw to move and rotate in a three-axis mode, the leveling device comprises an auxiliary hanging mechanism, a telescopic mechanism and a distance measuring mechanism, one end of the telescopic mechanism is connected to the truss manipulator, the other end of the telescopic mechanism is connected to the auxiliary hanging mechanism, and the distance measuring mechanism is electrically connected with the control system. The control system can control the holding claw and the auxiliary hanging mechanism to automatically hoist and adjust the workpiece, and the distance measuring mechanism is used for measuring the distance of the two ends of the hoisted workpiece and feeding data back to the control system. According to the automatic hoisting equipment for the heavy unbalance-loading workpiece, the workpiece can be automatically hoisted and leveled, the hoisting efficiency is improved, and the impact force on the workpiece and the equipment is reduced.

    本发明提供一种重型偏载工件自动吊装设备及其方法,包括起吊装置、调平装置和控制系统,起吊装置和调平装置分别与控制系统电性连接,起吊装置包括桁架机械手、抱爪和视觉系统,抱爪连接于桁架机械手,桁架机械手可带动抱爪进行三轴移动及旋转,调平装置包括辅助吊挂机构、伸缩机构和测距机构,伸缩机构的一端连接于桁架机械手,伸缩机构的另一端连接于辅助吊挂机构,测距机构与控制系统电性连接,控制系统可控制抱爪及辅助吊挂机构自动吊装并调整工件,测距机构用于对吊装的工件的两端进行测距并将数据反馈至控制系统。本发明的重型偏载工件自动吊装设备能够对工件进行自动吊装及调平,提高吊装的效率,减少对工件及设备的冲击力。
