A plurality of first densification areas with a first preset shape are arranged on the heat-proof surface layer at intervals, and a plurality of second densification areas with a second preset shape are arranged on the bearing layer at intervals. Through the design of a multi-layer gradient thermal protection structure composed of the heat-proof surface layer, the thermal insulation core layer and the bearing layer, integration of heat protection, thermal insulation and bearing is achieved. Wherein the first densified area and the second densified area are densified and have high strength and density, and then the surface pneumatic scouring resistance of the thermal protection structure can be improved. The thermal protection skin has in-plane deformability, can be thermally matched with a fuselage structure, can also be directly used as a thermal protection skin of a hypersonic aircraft, and meets the requirement for repeated use of the aircraft.
本发明提供了一种面内可变形的热防护结构,包括依次层叠连接的防热面层、隔热芯层以及承载层;防热面层间隔设置有多个具有第一预设形状的第一致密化区域,承载层间隔设置有多个具有第二预设形状的第二致密化区域。本发明通过防热面层、隔热芯层以及承载层所构成的多层梯度热防护结构设计,实现防热、隔热与承载一体化。其中,第一致密化区域和第二致密化区域已进行致密化处理,具有较高的强度和密度,进而可以提升热防护结构的抗表面气动冲刷性能。本发明具有面内可变形能力,可以实现其与机身结构的热匹配,也可直接作为高超声速飞机热防护蒙皮使用,满足飞机可重复使用要求。
