The invention provides an electric control self-walking comprehensive missile hanging vehicle and a using method. The electric control self-walking comprehensive missile hanging vehicle comprises a self-walking chassis used for driving the whole missile hanging vehicle to walk. A lifting mechanism used for adjusting the height and the pitching angle is installed on the self-walking chassis. A lifting supporting frame is hinged to the top of the lifting mechanism. The top of the lifting supporting frame is slidably provided with a transverse frame structure through a transverse adjusting mechanism. A longitudinal adjusting mechanism is mounted on the transverse frame structure in a sliding manner; the longitudinal adjusting mechanism is provided with a butt joint beam rotationally supported through a rotating mechanism, and the top of the butt joint beam is provided with a plurality of sets of adjustable supports used for rotationally supporting the projectile body. The bomb hanging vehicle can be used for bomb hanging operation of an airplane, in the bomb hanging process, the height, the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction, the deflection angle and the pitching angle of a bomb body can be adjusted, then the bomb hanging requirements of different positions are well met, the bomb hanging efficiency is improved, the safety of bomb hanging operation is guaranteed, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种电控自行走综合挂弹车及使用方法,它包括用于带动整个挂弹车行走的自行走底盘;自行走底盘上安装有用于高度和俯仰角度调节的升降机构;升降机构的顶部铰接有升降支撑框架;升降支撑框架的顶部通过横向调节机构滑动安装有横向框架结构;横向框架结构上滑动安装有纵向调整机构;纵向调整机构上安装有通过旋转机构转动支撑有对接梁,对接梁的顶部安装有多组用于对弹体进行转动支撑的可调支架。此挂弹车能够用于飞机的挂弹作业,在挂弹过程中,能够实现弹体的高度、纵向、横向、偏转和俯仰角度的调节,进而很好的适应不同位置挂弹需求,提高了挂弹效率,保证了挂弹作业的安全性,降低了作业人员的劳动强度。
