    本发明公开了一种摩擦片的报警方法、系统、装置、存储介质以及汽车,其中该方法包括设定初始制动性能W0;读取EMB的推杆行程,计算摩擦片当前制动性能W1;读取汽车当前的运行指标,计算权重系数f,计算摩擦片当前磨损制动性能U,U=(W0‑W1)*f;预设极限磨损制动性能Umax以及修正磨损制动性能Uadj;当U>Umax且U>Uadj的时候,发出警报。在EMB制动过程中,通过实时计算推杆行程和制动减速度的比值,然后结合制动次数、制动盘温度、制动强度等去计算摩擦片磨损制动性能,再与基于轮地关系的磨损制动性能判断是否达到摩擦片磨损极限报警条件,能达到降低成本和提供有效、准确的摩擦片磨损报警信息的效果。本发明可广泛应用于汽车控制技术领域。
