The first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are electrically connected with a PLC module, the PLC module is electrically connected with the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve, and the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor feed back braking resistance information. The input air pressure of the brake air chamber is controlled and adjusted through the PLC module, so that the brake force of the two brake drums is adjusted, and the friction resistance between tires installed on the two brake drums and the ground tends to be consistent.
