The invention discloses a thermal management device and method for a power battery. The invention relates to the technical field of power batteries. The heat management device comprises an engine unit and a heat management unit. The engine unit comprises an engine control unit and an engine exhaust port. The heat pump unit comprises a first gas inlet and outlet and a second gas inlet and outlet; the power battery unit comprises a power battery control unit and a power battery gas inlet/outlet; the engine exhaust port is connected with the first gas inlet-outlet; the power battery gas inlet-outlet is connected with the second gas inlet-outlet; the power battery control unit is used for sending a first temperature regulation and control signal to the engine control unit when the temperature of the power battery is smaller than the temperature threshold range. According to the invention, the problems of low heating efficiency and limited service life of the power battery by using an additional heating device in the prior art are solved, and the heating efficiency of the power battery is improved and the normal work of the power battery is ensured by increasing the exhaust gas of the engine and inputting the exhaust gas of the engine into the power battery after the exhaust gas of the engine is subjected to heating sound pressure treatment.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池的热管理装置和方法。本发明涉及动力电池技术领域。热管理装置包括:发动机单元包括发动机控制单元和发动机排气口;热泵单元包括第一气体进出口和第二气体进出口;动力电池单元包括动力电池控制单元和动力电池气体进出口;发动机排气口与第一气体进出口连接,动力电池气体进出口与第二气体进出口连接;动力电池控制单元用于在动力电池的温度小于温度阈值范围时向发动机控制单元发出第一温度调控信号。本发明克服了现有技术中利用额外加热器件对动力电池进行加热效率低且寿命有限的问题,利用增大发动机排气,并将发动机排气进行升温声压处理后输入至动力电池中,提高了动力电池升温的效率,保证了动力电池的正常工作。
