The invention provides a wireless battery management system of a vehicle and the vehicle, and the system comprises a wireless battery management module which is used for obtaining working information of a battery in real time based on a wireless communication technology so as to form data monitoring of the battery, and a power supply module which is used for supplying power to a plurality of other chips in the vehicle, the high-voltage loop interlocking module is used for sending a pulse width modulation signal to an external high-voltage connector and detecting a return signal, and generating an enable signal when at least one other chip of the vehicle is abnormal so as to drive an external driving chip to cut off a high-voltage loop of the contactor through the enable signal, and the high-voltage loop interlocking module is used for sending the pulse width modulation signal to the external high-voltage connector and detecting the return signal. And according to the detected return signal, the H-bridge driving chip is controlled so as to determine the connection state of the external high-voltage connector. The design flexibility of the battery module and the energy density and assembly efficiency of the battery pack are improved, the functional integrity and stability of the whole system are ensured, and the locking and unlocking functions of the H-bridge driving chip are realized.
