The invention discloses a vehicle driving range prediction method and device, a storage medium and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining basic characteristics related to vehicle energy consumption, the basic characteristics including characteristics representing a battery state, a whole vehicle state, a vehicle working condition, a driving habit and a driving environment; empirical mechanism characteristics are obtained based on expert experience and battery mechanism characteristics; obtaining model derivative features by using a machine learning model; performing importance evaluation on the basic features, the empirical mechanism features and the model derivative features by using a feature selection model so as to determine in-mold features; predicting a first hundred kilometer energy consumption value in a future first time period and a second hundred kilometer energy consumption value in a future second time period according to the in-mold characteristics by using a driving range prediction model; according to the first hundred-kilometer energy consumption value and the second hundred-kilometer energy consumption value, a hundred-kilometer energy consumption predicted value of the vehicle is obtained, and the driving range of the vehicle is obtained by combining the battery SOE. The prediction accuracy of the driving range of the vehicle can be improved.
