The invention discloses a charging regulation and control method of a charging pile and a charging pile system, and relates to the technical field of charging control. The method comprises the following steps: determining the priority of each charging pile by using a priority algorithm; the smart energy service platform establishes an electric vehicle charging load model; the platform generates order information and inputs to-be-charged vehicle power battery information to the platform; the electric vehicle charging load model generates a charging regulation and control plan and issues the plan to the intelligent electric meter; the intelligent electric meter responds to the charging regulation and control plan and issues the charging regulation and control plan to the corresponding charging pile; and the charging pile receives the instruction response of the intelligent electric meter and charges the vehicle. The electric vehicle charging load model is established through the smart energy service platform, the model generates the charging regulation and control plan according to the charging information sent by the mobile phone APP, the intelligent electric meter controls the charging pile to perform charging processing according to the charging regulation and control plan, and the charging efficiency of the charging pile and the regulation and control capability of the charging pile are improved.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩的充电调控方法及充电桩系统,涉及充电控制技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:利用优先级算法确定各充电桩的优先级;智慧能源服务平台建立电动汽车充电负荷模型;平台生成订单信息,并将待充电的车辆动力电池信息输入至平台;电动汽车充电负荷模型生成充电调控计划并下发至智能电表;智能电表响应充电调控计划,并将充电调控计划下发至对应的充电桩;充电桩接收智能电表指令响应,对车辆进行充电处理。本发明通过智慧能源服务平台建立电动汽车充电负荷模型,模型根据手机APP发送的充电信息生成充电调控计划,由智能电表根据充电调控计划控制充电桩进行充电处理,提高充电桩充电效率以及对充电桩的调控能力。
