The invention provides a wireless charging station system and a charging method, and belongs to the technical field of battery energy storage, and the system comprises a wireless charging device which is used for charging a vehicle-mounted battery in an electric vehicle; the first battery energy storage cabinet is used for charging through a power grid in a first time period and providing a charging power supply for the wireless charging device in a second time period; the second battery energy storage cabinet is used for charging through a power grid in a second time period and providing a charging power supply for the wireless charging device in the first time period; and the management and service module determines a belonging time period according to the current time, selects the first battery energy storage cabinet or the second battery energy storage cabinet to be connected with the wireless charging device according to the belonging time period, and disconnects the first battery energy storage cabinet or the second battery energy storage cabinet from the wireless charging device when the charging information is that the battery is fully charged. The system fully participates in power dispatching of the whole station while meeting the charging requirement of the electric vehicle, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
