The invention discloses a method for adjusting an assembly gap between an aircraft cabin door and a door frame, and the method comprises the steps: firstly selecting a to-be-adjusted lock ring suitable for the method from all lock rings of the aircraft cabin door and the door frame, then selecting a plurality of feature points at the periphery of each to-be-adjusted lock ring, and collecting an original coordinate set of each feature point; arranging and combining a plurality of adjustment combination modes according to the adjustment capability of the adjustment lock ring, finally obtaining an adjustment coordinate set of each feature point adjusted by the adjustment combination modes through a finite element assembly model, and selecting a target adjustment mode combination from various adjustment mode combinations by comparing the original coordinate set with the adjustment coordinate set. Compared with the prior art, local deformation adjustment is directly conducted on the aircraft cabin door through the locking ring, so that the gap between the aircraft cabin door and the door frame is adjusted by directly changing the appearance of the aircraft cabin door, the adjustment accuracy and pertinence are greatly improved, and then the precision of aircraft cabin door gap control is improved.

    本申请公开了一种飞机舱门与门框装配间隙的调节方法,首先从飞机舱门和门框的所有锁环中选取适用于本申请所述方法的待调节锁环,再在各待调节锁环的四周选取若干特征点,并采集各特征点的原始坐标集;根据调节锁环的调节能力排列组合出若干调节组合方式,最后通过有限元装配模型获取经过调节组合方式调整后的各特征点的调整坐标集,通过比对原始坐标集和调整坐标集即可从各种调节方式组合中选取目标调节方式组合;与现有技术相比,本申请通过锁环对飞机舱门直接进行局部变形调整,从而通过直接改变飞机舱门的外形调节飞机舱门与门框之间的间隙,大大提高了调节的精确性和针对性,进而提高飞机舱门间隙控制的精度。
