The invention relates to the technical field of collecting and monitoring equipment, in particular to multi-sensor collaborative collecting and monitoring equipment which comprises a bottom plate, a mechanical arm located on the front side of the top face of the bottom plate and used for collecting and grabbing, and a moving assembly arranged below the bottom plate and used for driving the equipment to move. Snorkeling assemblies used for driving the equipment to snorkeling are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate, and a collection box assembly used for collecting collected samples is arranged in the middle of the top face of the bottom plate. The equipment is provided with the moving assembly and the snorkeling assembly, so that the equipment can be ensured to perform underwater acquisition and monitoring operation under the synergistic effect of multiple sensors; in addition, by arranging the collecting box assembly, it can be guaranteed that when the equipment conducts underwater operation, the situation that the collected samples roll out under the action of water waves and buoyancy, and consequently the sample amount is not enough is avoided.
