The invention discloses a carbon-copper composite composition, a method for preparing a carbon-copper composite material by taking the carbon-copper composite composition as a raw material, the prepared carbon-copper composite material and application of the carbon-copper composite material as a carbon strip material in preparation of a pantograph slide plate. The carbon-copper composite composition is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 50%-80% of calcined pitch coke, 1%-10% of copper-chromium alloy, 1%-5% of nano carbon black and 18%-40% of coal pitch. The carbon-copper composite material disclosed by the invention has a fine crystal structure, metal is uniformly distributed in a graphite aggregate system, and the lubricity between the metal and the carbon aggregate is improved. The carbon-copper composite material also has the advantages of high strength and wear resistance, and is suitable for being used as a carbon strip material of the pantograph slide plate.
本发明公开了一种碳铜复合组合物、以该碳铜复合组合物为原料制备碳铜复合材料的方法,由此制备得到的碳铜复合材料及其作为碳条材料在制备受电弓滑板中的应用。本发明所述的碳铜复合组合物按质量百分比计,由煅后沥青焦50%‑80%,铜‑铬合金1%‑10%,纳米炭黑1%‑5%和煤沥青18%‑40%组成。本发明的碳铜复合材料具有微细晶结构,金属在石墨中骨料体系中分布均匀,金属与碳骨料之间的润滑性得以改善。该碳铜复合材料还具有强度高、耐磨的优点,适于用作受电弓滑板的碳条材料。
