Steel wire ropes are connected between the two ends of the seabed base plate and the two base plate winches respectively, and the two steel wire ropes sequentially pass through the base plate winches, the compensation assemblies and the guide pulleys and are connected with the seabed base plate. The method has the effect of improving the submarine exploration efficiency.
