A novel net plate type seabed chest comprises a grating device body, a grating plate, meshes, a supporting plate, a hexagon nut, a flat gasket, a pin shaft bolt, a ship body, a seat plate, a lug plate, a shaft pin, a cotter pin, a base plate and reinforcing ribs. The novel net plate type seabed chest has the advantages that the current production design and the numerical control cutting level are combined, the appearance and mesh design of the grating plate in the production design stage are designed in advance according to the flow ratio, the steel plate is directly cut in a one-time forming mode through numerical control, and the grating welding amount in traditional design is greatly reduced; the grating is directly blanked by a steel plate, so that the material utilization rate is improved; the device does not need a grating seat, welding of the grating seat and the outer plate is omitted, and the manufacturing cost and the welding cost are reduced; and hot-dip galvanizing treatment is adopted as a whole, certain corrosion resistance is achieved, and the service life is prolonged.

    一种新型网板式海底门,包括格栅装置本体、格栅板、网孔、托板、六角螺母、平垫片、销轴螺栓、船体、座板、耳板、轴销、开口销、垫板和加强筋。本发明的优点是:本装置结合当前生产设计与数控切割水平,生产设计阶段格栅板外形,网孔设计根据流通比预先设计好,直接采用数控一次性成型切割钢板的,大大减少传统设计中格栅焊接量;格栅直接采用钢板下料,提高材料利用率;本装置无需格栅座,同时省去格栅座与外板的焊接,降低制作成本与焊装成本;整体采用热浸锌处理,具有一定的防腐性能,延长使用寿。
