The invention provides an integral lifting device and method for a dome-shaped steel truss structure at the top of a silo, and relates to the technical field of truss lifting. The hoisting mechanism is provided with a hoisting table arranged in the silo in a lifting mode and a hoisting assembly used for driving the hoisting table to ascend and descend, a plurality of slings used for being connected with the dome-shaped steel truss are installed at the bottom of the hoisting table, and the dome-shaped steel truss can be horizontally hoisted; the hoisting monitoring mechanism is provided with a hanging rope and a distance sensor installed on the hanging rope, one end of the hanging rope is fixed to the bottom of the hoisting table, the other end of the hanging rope vertically penetrates through an inner pull ring of the dome-shaped steel truss, and the distance sensor is located in the inner pull ring of the dome-shaped steel truss; the distance from the inner wall of the inner pull ring of the dome-shaped steel truss to the hanging rope can be monitored, and therefore the inclination angle of the inner pull ring in the dome-shaped steel truss lifting process is monitored in real time. Deformation generated in the integral hoisting process of the dome-shaped steel truss can be reduced.

    本申请提供一种筒仓仓顶穹型钢桁架结构整体提升装置及方法,涉及桁架提升技术领域,该装置包括吊架,设置于筒仓外侧;起吊机构,配置有升降设置在筒仓内的起吊台和用于驱使起吊台升降的起吊组件,起吊台底部安装有多个用于连接穹型钢桁架的吊索,且能够水平吊设穹型钢桁架;吊装监测机构,配置有垂吊绳和安装在垂吊绳上的距离传感器,垂吊绳的一端固定在起吊台底部,垂吊绳的另一端竖直穿设穹型钢桁架的内拉环,且距离传感器位于穹型钢桁架的内拉环内,能够监测穹型钢桁架的内拉环内壁到垂吊绳的距离,从而实时监测穹型钢桁架提升过程中内拉环的倾斜角度。本申请可降低穹型钢桁架整体吊装过程中产生的变形。
